Project overview.

Acquisition and transmission of parameters from High-Pressure Units (HPU).

 

Challenge.

Mobile HPUs for cementing and stimulation operations required an integrated system of specialized electronic instrumentation, real-time monitoring, and data transmission to accurately record the necessary variables for optimizing well production and mitigating operational risks in the field.

 

Solution.

We implemented wireless electronic instrumentation engineering suitable for operation in high-pressure environments and high flow rates. Paired with our DAQ EPR system, we achieved continuous, second-by-second monitoring during operations, with real-time transmission to the client’s data repositories. This enabled timely response to any operational contingencies, optimizing decision-making and improving process safety. We have been providing this service continuously for 4 years, working closely with the client.
